Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you use our website

Last updated: 31 October 2026

About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of intellome.com and its pages (the "Website"). By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms cover the Website only. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we handle personal data and cookies.

Who we are

The Website is operated by Intello Protect Technology L.L.C., trading as Intello Cyber Technologies ("Intello", "we", "us" or "our"), Office 26, First Gulf Business Center, Madina Mall, Muhaisnah 4, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

You can contact us at info@intellome.com or +971 55 355 6787.

Our services are covered by separate agreements

Our consulting, assessment, testing, managed security and training services are provided only under a separate written agreement, such as a signed proposal, statement of work or master services agreement. Where that agreement and these Terms differ, the agreement applies to the services.

Service descriptions, timelines and engagement options on the Website are for general information. A free readiness check, assessment call or quote does not create a contract or a client relationship until both parties sign an agreement.

Information on this website is not professional advice

The Website includes general information about cybersecurity, data protection and regulations such as the UAE PDPL, the UAE Information Assurance Standard, ADHICS, VARA rulebooks and ISO standards. We review this content regularly, but laws, standards and regulatory guidance change.

Content on the Website is not legal, regulatory or professional advice and should not be relied on as such. Before acting on it, confirm the current requirements with the relevant regulator or a qualified adviser, or ask us for advice under a formal engagement.

Acceptable use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

  • use the Website in any way that breaks a law or regulation that applies to you or to us
  • submit false, misleading or malicious information through our forms, or use them to send spam
  • upload or transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code
  • copy, scrape or harvest content or data from the Website by automated means without our written permission
  • interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers or the networks it relies on
  • impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your connection with them

No unauthorised security testing

You must not scan, probe, test for vulnerabilities, attempt to break, or try to gain unauthorised access to the Website or any of our systems, unless we have authorised it in writing under an agreed scope.

Unauthorised access to websites and information systems may be an offence under UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Countering Rumours and Cybercrimes.

Reporting a security vulnerability

If you find a security weakness in the Website, please report it to security@intellome.com with the subject line "Security vulnerability". Include enough detail for us to reproduce it.

Please do not access, change or delete data beyond what is needed to show the issue, do not disrupt the Website, and do not disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable time to fix it. We appreciate reports made in good faith and in line with this section.

Enquiries and forms

When you contact us through the Website, please give accurate information. We use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Sending us an enquiry, assessment request or other information does not make you our client and does not oblige either of us to enter into an agreement.

Intellectual property

The Website and its content, including text, articles, graphics, logos, design and code, are owned by or licensed to Intello and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for your own information or internal business reference. You may quote short extracts from our articles if you credit Intello and link to the original page. Any other copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks

The Website refers to standards, regulators, frameworks, products and organisations, such as ISO/IEC standards, the UAE Cyber Security Council, VARA and the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi. These names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

A reference to a third party does not mean that it endorses, certifies or is partnered with Intello, unless we say so expressly.

Availability and changes to the website

We may update, change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Disclaimer

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we make no warranties of any kind about the Website, including about its accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intello is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or from reliance on its content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Our liability for services is governed by the agreement for those services.

Your responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. By continuing to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remains in effect.
  • If we do not enforce a right under these Terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These Terms, with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the Website.
  • These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version applies where the two differ, to the extent permitted by law.
